No, As a matter of fact, none of my consultations are any cost to you! I am paid purely off of commission of the sale of Real Estate. Until you buy or sell Real Estate utilizing me as your trusted Realtor, I cost you, my client, nothing!

That all depends on the desired Consultation and individuals’ scenario. I will advise during our preliminary phone interview the necessary items needed for our initial consultation, however; be prepared to answer questions in relation to the consultation type by having all available documents readily available, and of course questions for me. 

There is no standardized commission that exists for a Realtor in the United States. The conversation is an open discussion we will have at our preliminary meeting prior to signing a “Buyer’s Agency Agreement” or a “Listing Agreement” There are many instances that dictate the commission and there is not one answer.

My representations to my clients are one of full fiduciary duty. Meaning, I will act with Loyalty, Care, and Honesty. Our relationship is also confidential, meaning unless you expressively allow me to disclose information pertaining to the sale, I will not ; barring any legal responsibilities I have to uphold due to the NAR (National Association of Realtors) code of ethics.
